The white wine »Réserve« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Weedenborn has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
It has a finely balanced nose that promises something, with aromas of cassis, mango and herbs. It is a réserve with stature, size and, above all, balance, density, a fine texture, and mineral grip. It is rich, but not saturating, and it displays a successful balancing act between presence and volume.
