Intense, bright golden yellow with a slight but fine mousse. Pronounced aromas of brioche, ripe yellow apple, apricot, acacia honey and almond blossom on the nose. Dry and precise on the palate with a fine, mouth-filling mousse that spreads beautifully over the entire palate, long and persistent finish.
