On the nose there is fragrant orange peel, it gives a "cool" impression, almost no noticeable use of wood, but with air reveals some yeast, aniseed rolls and caraway. On the palate it is delicate with inconspicuous density, quite restrained, distinguished, delicate acidity threads through and it seems completely unforced. Many intermediate tones, juicy fruit dissolve on the finish with delicate tactile minerality and incredible elegance. At the end last ripe fruit concentration and savoury.
