Tasting Notes

92 - 94
Tasting from 31.12.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Floral, citrus, almost imperceptible oak. Blood orange. After aeration in the glass spicier, bouillon. Supple approach, then lifted, fine (but also quite firm) phenolics, completely harmonious, ripe acidity, powerful in the body, subtle minerality, restrained as expected for a young wine and currently seems more inconspicuous than a Burgundy should, but has significantly greater reserves that will develop and mature in bottle.
