Dark ruby, purple reflections, soft brightening on the rim. Delicate vanilla and candied orange zest, dark berry confit, subtle smoky-tobacco wood spice, some liquorice in the background. Complex, ripe cherries, fine tannins, subtle nougat on the finish, mineral touch on the aftertaste, a reliable food companion.
