Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, bright red gold. Opens with notes of dried porcini mushrooms, plus dried pear and lots of quince. Wonderful balance between the sweetness and the acidity, some notes of sesame brittle, good tension, with a finish of roasted salted almonds.
