Delicate onion skin colour. On the nose, a touch of hardwood, subtle resin, candied lemon zest, banana, blackcurrant, with undertones of orange blossom and elderflower. On the palate juicy and balanced, with freshness and drive, very salty undertone, good defined length, long finish.
