The orange wine »Prestige Orange« Souvignier Gris Landwein trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Höfflin has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Souvignier gris from the region Baden in Germany.
Slightly cloudy yellow-orange in the glass. Enormously savoury on the nose, a hint of malt, lovage, apple peel and some dried hops. On the palate, the Souvignier Gris offers a pleasant fine-grained grip and retains its savoury accent.
