For the fillet:

fillet of beef
salt
black pepper, freshly ground
olive oil
For the burrata:
Ingredients (Serves 4)

burrata
small basil leaves
salt
black pepper, freshly ground
colourful cornflower petals or other edible flowers
olive oil
- Cut the beef fillet into 3mm thin slices and spread thinly on the plate. Pluck the burrata with your fingers and arrange on top.
- Season the fillet and the burrata with salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Place the basil leaves and the petals of the cornflowers on the burrata.
