Biscuits: Orange Biscuits
The wonderful scent of oranges not only goes perfectly with the Christmas season, but also goes well with juicy biscuits.

| 150 | g | flour |
| 100 | g | butter |
| 50 | g | icing sugar |
| salt | ||
| zest of one orange | ||
| orange marmalade | ||
- Preheat oven to 190 °C. Mix butter, flour, orange zest and icing sugar into a shortcrust pastry.
- Roll the dough thinly to about 2 to 3 millimetres and cut out round shapes with a biscuit cutter.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for about twelve minutes. Once the biscuits have cooled, glue two pieces together with orange marmalade.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
