The simple and delicious "chocolate sausage".

For the chocolate sausage:
Ingredients

egg yolks
100
g
sugar
150
g
softened butter
2
tablespoon
cocoa
2
tablespoon
rum
200
g
butter biscuits, crumbled
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar throughly.
- Add the butter, cocoa and rum.
- Finally, mix in the crumbled biscuit.
- Shape into a sausage-like roll, wrap in cling film and chill.
- Slice into pieces and arrange on a plate.
Tip
The chocolate sausage freezes well for future use.
