Persian Biscuits

A Persian Christmas biscuit recipe for those occasions when time is short.

Ingredients
200 g ground walnuts
100 g whole walnuts
6 egg yolks
6 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • Beat the sugar and egg yolks until fluffy, then mix in the ground and whole walnuts gradually.
  • Portion out with a tablespoon and place on a baking tray (about twelve large blobs).
  • Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.

The whole recipe takes no more than 20 minutes.
