Ingredients (Serves 2)

sesame-seed bagels
150
g
cream cheese
120

smoked salmon
1-2
teaspoon
lemon juice

sprigs
dill, leaves chopped
salt
pepper
lemon wedges, to serve

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the bagels in half, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the bottom half of each bagel with the cream cheese, top with the smoked salmon, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with the dill and finish with the top halves of the bagels. Serve with lemon wedges.
