Aus 90- bis 100-jährigen Syrahreben: kräftiges Karmingranat, breitere Ockerrandaufhellung. Zart rauchig unterlegte schwarze Waldbeerfrucht, ein Hauch von Lakritze, etwas Walcholder, dezente Holzwürze, dunkle Mineralität, sehr vielschichtig und einladend. Saftig, komplex, frische Herzkirschen, feine Süße, seidig gewobene, tragende Tannine, feuchte Steine im Abgang, große Länge, straff und anhaftend, ungemein jugendlich, fast noch eine Spur zu jung, um schon alles zu zeigen.
