Intense cherry red colour, naturally clear, dark beige foam. The aroma has a clear barrel character, including coconut. AN expressive raspberry aroma in the middle. Fine acidity and yet chocolaty tones - "made for the pleasure, reminiscent of complex balsamic vinegar"!
