Tasting from 18.04.2025: Roland Graf, Anna Fuchs, Harry Mittermaier, Martin Pichler, Conrad Seidl, Karl Trojan

An animating golden yellow with fine-pored foam, the aroma is reminiscent of All Saints' cake spread with honey. Good tanginess on the palate, some lemon zest and extremely light cereal-scented impressions. The hops are all too subtle, so only medium length.
