Tasting from 18.04.2025: Roland Graf, Anna Fuchs, Harry Mittermaier, Martin Pichler, Conrad Seidl, Karl Trojan

Extremely pale, clearly cloudy (!) beer with thin, fine-pored foam. Pilsner aroma with slightly choppy notes. A pronounced bitterness in the first sip - malt sweetness and fullness are largely absent. The beer seems thin, the aftertaste unbalanced.
