winckels' wird gebraut mit einem Mix aus Cascade Hopfen aus dem amerikanischen Yakima Valley und Polaris Hopfen aus der Region Hallertau in Deutschland. Dieser Mix ergibt ein Bier mit leicht würzigen, fruchtigen Anklängen und angenehmen Bitternoten mit geschmeidig-weichem Finish. Speziell ausgewähltes Weizenmalz sorgt in Kombination mit der Hopfenmischung für einen unverwechselbaren, komplexen und erfrischenden Geschmack.

Large foam pores crown a golden yellow beer; the aroma is of stone fruit, honey and melted butter. Relatively full-bodied on the palate, not quite the lean and hoppy style of a pilsner. "Malty Bohemian lager style".
