Golden yellow with white, fine-pored foam, slightly cloudy. A slight sweetness and cereal-scented flavour on the nose, minimal acidity. A very light malty sweetness on the palate, then a pleasant hop bitterness comes through, pleasantly tangy. A very well-balanced beer with a great balance of flavours! Goes well with many dishes, especially lighter ones such as risotto, chicken, seafood or salad.
