Dark brown and opaque with a light brownish foam. Slender on the nose with roasted aromas, chocolate and very slight acidity. A delicate sweetness and notes of cappuccino on the palate, then roasted flavours and coffee come through. Goes well with grilled dishes and chocolaty desserts.
