Caviar Kaspia, an institution on Paris' Place de la Madeleine, is set to open its first permanent New York location at the swanky hotel The Mark in autumn 2022.

The Mark Hotel confirmed the opening of the Caviar Kaspia restaurant and boutique, designed by Jacques Grange, in a statement to Falstaff.

Caviar Kaspia has been a celebrity favourite since it first opened in 1927, and its name has become synonymous with famous guests and hedonistic dining. Its website features photos of supermodel Natalia Vodianova and pop star Katy Perry.

The Mark said the restaurant "will become New York’s newest destination for the house’s favourite twice-baked potato topped with caviar, eggs with caviar, pasta with caviar, blinis with salmon, bottarga, and more".

Caviar Kaspia goes international

Caviar Kaspia will occupy the street level space on the corner of 77th Street and Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side, offering "a new and distinctively elegant experience" to The Mark's offerings, according to the hotel.

Its boutique will also offer Caviar Kaspia's delights and delicacies for the ultimate at home indulgence or gourmet gift.

From its restaurant, boutique and bar in Paris, Caviar Kaspia has expanded internationally, opening eateries in Dubai and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
