Coolhurst Vineyards Releases Lady Elizabeth Rosé 2017
England has more and more boutique vineyards that stun with the quality of their traditional method sparkling wines. Coolhurst Vineyards and their Lady Elizabeth Rosé 2017 is just one of them.
Released just in time for the festive season, this English sparkler from Coolhurst Vineyards may just make your celebration with its freshness and verve.
Cousins Charlie and Will Scrase Dickins returned to their ancestral land to start a vineyard on a farm that has been in their family for seven generations. Unlike many English vineyards, their vines root not in chalk or greensand but on sandstone and ironstone.
It is no real surprise that their wine is so good. They work with winemaking consultant Ulrich Hoffmann who has an established track record with his own boutique label Hoffmann & Rathbone.
