The new Swedish Champion in Professional Cooking has earned the prestigious title of Årets Kock 2025 after a closely contested finale at Stockholm’s Annexet.

The winner of this year's Årets Kock competiton has finally been decided! On 2 October, the prestigious Swedish championship in professional cooking crowned a Chef of the Year after a grand final that tested the chefs across four suspenseful rounds, including two snacks, a cold Nordic-inspired starter, a hot duck main course, and an oyster dish. For the first time, the jury evaluated not only the individual dishes but also how well the creations harmonized as a balanced menu.
