Sydney’s culinary hotspot welcomes Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for three nights only

Aria in Sydney will be Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay’s first residency outside London.

One of Sydney’s most prestigious dining establishments, Aria, will host a three-night residency for Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, offering guests a rare opportunity to indulge in a seven-course menu that is sure to prove memorable.

The one-off dining experience – Restaurant Gordon Ramsay’s first residency outside London – will be available between May 8-10, and has been curated by Gordon Ramsay and Matt Moran, dishes that showcase the cookery of Matt Abé, chef patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London. The menu will see British produce replaced with ingredients from some of Australia’s leading producers, and while details of the final dishes are yet to be released, the venue in London has wowed visitors with signature dishes such as shellfish ravioli and the pecan praline dessert. Tickets are available from April 13, 2023.

But the celebrity chef famed for his foul-mouthed outbursts on a range of TV shows is not expected to be there in person, handing over kitchen duties to Abé, who said: “I’m so excited to be heading back to the restaurant where my love for fine dining began. It means so much to be coming home as the first and only three-star Australian chef.”

Aria’s award-winning wine program will be available to complement the dishes, with the cost of the seven-course dining extravaganza $495pp, with optional premium wine pairing for $295.
