Appletini from 'Scrubs'

This is how you can easily mix the classic cocktail version from the cult TV sitcom.

Ingredients
45 ml vodka
45 ml Calvados
15 ml sour apple liqueur
60 ml juice from green apples (freshly pressed or bought)
1 lemon wedge
ice cubes
1 maraschino cherry
  • Press fresh juice from green apples (e.g. Granny Smith). Alternatively, use store-bought apple juice.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour the vodka, Calvados and liqueur into the shaker, then top up with the apple juice.
  • Tightly close the shaker and shake well.
  • Strain the Appletini into pre-chilled martini glasses.
  • Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink. Garnish with a cherry.
