A lively late summer drink that captures the freshness of juicy grapes in every sip.

Ingredients
cl Grappa di Moscato, unaged
1 cl sugar syrup
15 grapes (green, red or mixed), halved
2 cl Verjus extra sour (alternatively lemon juice)
  • Muddle the grapes lightly, then add all the ingredients and shake vigorously over ice cubes. Pour everything into a glass (tumbler or highball). Garnish with a grape skewer.
