Martini
The name Martini comes from Mr. Martínez, who is said to have invented the mixture of vermouth and gin in a Californian bar in the 1860s. Here is the recipe for a classic Martini.

| 60 | vodka | |
| 1-2 | dash | vermouth |
| olive (garnish) | ||
| lemon twist (garnish) | ||
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass using a fine sieve. Garnish with a lemon twist.
