Ingredients: 5 g Matcha tea; 50 ml Elderflower syrup; 30 ml Rose syrup; 1.5 EL Freshly squeezed lime juice

At the plant-based restaurants tibits, matcha iced tea is beautifully accented with elderflower and rose syrup.

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and pour it into a bowl. Wait briefly, then add matcha powder, ensuring the water is no hotter than 80 °C. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and let it cool.
Once cooled, stir in the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into a carafe. Chill in the refrigerator until completely cold.
Before serving, shake well, so the matcha powder can dissolve fully. The tea can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 day.
