| 25 | fresh lime juice | |
| 20 | sugar syrup | |
| 6-8 | mint leaves | |
| crushed ice | ||
| 1 | twigs | mint (garnish) |

Preparation:
Muddle lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a highball glass, crushing the mint in the process. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add the rum and stir. Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
