Strawberry & Dill Cocktail
Albert Trummer's creation comes from Apotheke in New York City, which is probably one of the most unusual bars in the world.

| 5 | fresh strawberries | |
| 1 | dill sprig | |
| 1 | fennel sprig | |
| 5 | sesame seeds | |
| 10 | ml | Grand Marnier |
| 40 | ml | gin |
- Crush the strawberries, dill, fennel and sesame seeds in a whiskey tumbler with a pestle.
- Add the Grand Marnier and gin.
- Stir gently.
- Add 3 ice cubes and serve.
