800 g Chicken fillet
2 tablespoon(s) Almdudler syrup
Soy sauce
Salt
Coconut oil

For the vegetables

Ingredients (4 servings)
2 Zucchini
2 Red bell pepper
8 Spring onion
Fresh garlic
1 Lime/lemon
4 Sage leaves
2 Chillies
Pepper
Olive oil
Salt
Aluminum foil

PREPARATION

  • Quarter the zucchini and cut away the core flat. Remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper, clean the spring onion and cut into quarters. Dice the bell peppers and cut the zucchini into slices about 5 mm wide, then place the vegetables in a bowl. Cut the lime / lemon into thin slices and quarter them, also slice the garlic and add to the bowl with olive oil, salt and lemon pepper and mix. Tear off 4x60 cm aluminum foil, cut it in half and spread the vegetables on it. Cut the chillies in half and place half a chili and a sage leaf on each portion, then close the foil and place on the embers of the grill. On a gas grill, heat the second chamber to about 160 degrees. Let cook for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
  • Cut the chicken fillets into equal pieces and put them on a skewer. Grill the skewers briefly on both sides and set aside. Heat a pan on the grill, add some coconut oil, place the skewers in the pan, add Almdudler syrup, let it caramelize and deglaze with soy sauce. Leave the skewers to infuse for a few minutes.
