Creamy, cool and full of coffee enjoyment – this stirred iced coffee with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream is the perfect refreshment for hot days!

Ingredients

Ingredients (1 servings)
2 ball Vanilla ice cream
60 ml Espresso, freshly brewed and completely cooled
A little cream, whipped

Preparation

  • Put the vanilla ice cream, espresso and ­whipped cream in a bowl and mix with a whisk until creamy. Pour into a chilled
    glass and serve with a spoon.
