Boen Gård
Self Description
A picturesque estate, formerly owned by King Christian II (1520), of refuge where the seasons dictates the menu. The gourmet restaurant in the estate main building from 1813 relies on seasonal products and creates dishes that celebrate the essence of the Norwegian terroir, and the essence of the Norwegian heritage and history is by far part of the experience. The estates own Wild Salmon River is part of the heritage and seasonal menus.
