Gašperov mlyn with chef Jozef Breza and manager and sommelier Slavomíra Raškovič is now an icon on the Slovak fine dining scene, worth traveling for several hours. The chef's tasting menu is always created with invention and wit, but with obvious deep respect for the ingredients, which come mainly from his own garden or the surrounding Tatra nature. All this is reflected in the sophisticated combinations of flavors that can be compared to the European top. Despite this, the atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly, and even homely.
