On your gourmet wanderings, you must not miss Banská Štiavnica and specifically the ERB restaurant. The charisma and uniqueness of this mining town are subtly intertwined with the restaurant itself, which is also a small brewery brewing premium beers of great taste. Behind this project is the long-term efforts of the Radov family and beer sommelier Jozef Sivák. A boutique hotel in a historic style has recently been added to this address. The restaurant itself is a favorite place for gourmets for its cuisine, which is reliably very good with proven recipes. You will be pleased with a decent selection of spirits, the more modest wine list does not seem distracting given the fact that you are in a brewery. The atmosphere of ERB remains beautiful and exceptionally attractive.
