Just a short distance from Vrábeľ, among the picturesque vineyards, is the Semillon Restaurant, which has managed to build a well-deserved great name for itself in just two short years of existence. Located in the modern and stylish Predium Winery, it has a unique atmosphere and promises a gastronomic experience paired with wines from its own production. The restaurant is headed by Roman Borovský, a chef who has cooked in the Faroe Islands and in Copenhagen. He implements his experience and ideas with a young team, and the menu he creates is always thematically tuned. It is six to nine courses, so dining takes two to three hours. The excellent service will entertain you, but will also recommend local wines. You can also stay overnight in one of the four rooms, and the experience is worth it!
