The savoury version of the broth into which the ramen and toppings are added is particularly intense here: tonkotsu. But the chicken soup also has extra authentic spiciness with chilli oil and Szechuan pepper ("Angry Chicken" order!). And we haven't even mentioned the sushi yet.
