The small restaurant hidden in the Technical Glass complex in Dúbravka is decorated in traditional Japanese style. The Shugetsu chain has only a few branches around the world, so this Bratislava establishment is a unique opportunity for gourmets. The closest one can be found in faraway Hong Kong. In search of the perfect harmony of flavors, founder Nakagawa Shuhei places maximum emphasis on the preferences of his guests and the uncompromising quality of exclusively Japanese ingredients. In Shugetsu, they also make their own fresh noodles without the use of preservatives and glutamate. Their specialty is tsukemen ramen, in which you dip freshly cooked noodles.
