Our restaurant is located in a 18th-century inn where many of the original details have been
preserved, giving the place a unique atmosphere and authenticity.
Our unique location right next to the Øresund allows you to enjoy the sea while you enjoy well-
balanced dishes. We are passionate about good food crafts and proud food traditions. We are
strongly inspired by French gastronomy made with Nordic produce - simplicity is our keyword.
We cook with focus on clean, organic taste – we make use of the best ingredients of the
