Full-fruit, slightly musty pear dominates the aroma, sweetish character. Good mousse and sweet, almost overripe pear on the palate. Fine acidity on the mid-palate, with notes of apple peel, cocoa and coffee, which are particularly noticeable on the finish, before sweet pear and apple mark the finish again.
