Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

The developing nose reveals liquorice, nutmeg and star anise. Analogue notes on the palate, especially the cinnamon aspect is picked up. Spicy sweetness with chamomile in the finish.
