Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Initially restrained on the nose, then opens into a beautiful aroma of sour cherry. On the palate it is animatedly juicy with a nice interplay of acidity and sweetness. Long, fruity finish.
