Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The first impression offers sweet agave with hints of very ripe pineapple and a touch of lime zest. The mouthfeel is soft, again with ripe fruit notes. Towards the finish, increasingly typical peppery nuances make their way into the rich finish.
