Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is immediately filled with a hearty sweetness, initially pushing the vanilla wood notes into the background. On the palate, agave cordial, pithy peppery notes and some wood. Well-balanced finish.
