Fruity notes of ripe apple form the framework for characterful, green walnut and a fine spiciness, in which herbs and a hint of coffee bean also resonate. Balanced sweetness on the palate, slight bitterness, gently bitter nuts and savoury herbs. Harmonious, slightly bitter sweet and nutty on the finish.
