Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose there are raisins and dates, slightly spicy sloes and a touch of peat, then also dried apple slices. Hits the palate harmoniously freshly, seems playful and opens on nuances of pears and again raisins, pulls straight through, reverberates fruity.
