Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Versatile nose with tangerine peel, lychee and a fine sugar glaze. With air, a dark savouriness resonates. Slightly nutty on the palate with dried fruit and orange peel before the finish becomes savoury.
