Childhood memories of grape soda are evoked by the smell of fresh grapes, which the carbon dioxide conveys well. Mint and elderflower are quite well balanced and vivid on the nose. Lightly sparkling on the palate, the acidity of the verjus supports the freshness. Not only for friends of the Hugos.
