More than 40 years have passed since this small agricultural business was founded. In the early days, wine production was handed over to the local cooperative winery, but today seven brothers and cousins are dedicated to the company. A love of the land and, above all, a passion for winegrowing led to the founding of Ilatium. The focus is on the production of fine wines such as Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone, the quintessence of the area around the municipality of Illasi.
