The White Wine Soave DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Ilatium Morini has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Garganega, Verdicchio Bianco from the region Veneto in Italy.
Very pale yellow-green with flint reflections. Green nuances on the nose, peppermint, sage, also a hint of paprika and white pepper. Very fruity, crisp and fresh on the palate, great integrated acidity, well done.
